Качество их звучания можно значительно улучшить
за счет совершенствования частотных характеристик, для чего и
предназначен этот плагин. С помощью DFX устраняются два главных
недостатка - срез высоких частот и недостаточное разделение стереобазы
и ее глубины, а также добавляются режимы 3D Surround и супербас.Есть
хорошая подборка заранее заготовленных настроек, то есть пресетов.
Проще его можно назвать как модный расширенный эквалайзер, с настройками, которых нет в плеерах
DFX улучшает проигрываемый звук по следующим направлениям:
1.
"Harmonic Fidelity Restoration" - компенсация (интерполяционный метод)
высоких частот, обрезанных в процессе кодирования ради сокращения
размеров файла;
2. "Ambience Processing" - компенсирует глубину
звучания и реализует т.н. "эффект окружения" при проигрывании
музыкальной композиции;
3. "3D Surround Processing" - функция
(которую, естественно, реализует соответствующий программный компонент)
по характеру модифицирования проигрываемых композиций сходная с
предыдущей, но "делает акцент" именно на создании псевдотрехмерного
звука хорошего качества даже на двухколоночных аудио-системах;
4.
"Dynamic Gain Boosting" - компенсация "зажатости" проигрываемого звука,
придание ему "динамической" составляюшей и усиление интенсивности
звучания; с точки зрения ведущего файловой секции 3DNews этот
функциональный модуль DFX менее всего влияет на проигрывание звука
(единственно, что успокаивает, что Dynamic Boost никак не портит общую
положительную картину);
5. "HyperBass Boost"- с функциональной точки
зрения, это антипод Harmonic Fidelity Restoration, компенсирует нижние
частоты и отвечает за добавление в проигрываемую композицию глубокого и
богатого баса;
6. "Headphones Output Optimization" - используется,
если пользователь прослушивает музыку в наушниках, модуль модифицирует
звук таким образом, что у человека создается иллюзия, что источник
звука не "сидит" прямо в ушах, а находится спереди, благодаря чему
субъективно звук становится более приятным, естественным и менее
напрягающим.

Harmonic Fidelity Restoration
Adding
Fidelity to your audio eliminates the "muffled" sound that is an
artifact of the data compression algorithms used in Internet audio
formats. DFX compensates for this loss of high frequency fidelity by
carefully regenerating the missing high frequency harmonics in the
audio. This harmonic restoration is performed using patent-pending
technology that carefully synthesizes high frequency harmonics to
replace the harmonics lost during the encoding process.
Ambience, Stereo Imaging
Adding
Ambience to your audio compensates for the lost or diminished stereo
depth that is the result of closely located speakers, poor listening
environments, and sonic losses due to data compression of Internet
audio formats. DFX compensates for the reduced stereo imaging and depth
of PC audio by carefully regenerating the ambience and stereo depth.

sound played on conventional 2-speaker systems and makes even small PC

HyperBass
Using the
HyperBass component adds deep, rich bass sound to your audio by
compensating for the bass limitations of almost all PC-based audio
systems and data-compressed audio formats. DFX does this by carefully
regenerating the low frequency harmonics, thus increasing the perceived
bass, but without exceeding the speakers physical limits, adding or
changing speakers or amplifiers, and without increased power

Dynamic Gain Boosting
Adding Dynamic Boost

distortion levels, particularly when using Internet audio systems. By
